ERA to appeal Dwejra permit – Herrera

Furthermore, it is the best site for astronomical observations. The restaurant was not allowed to place a canopy, lights, sign, chairs and tables at the site by the PA in 2017. The overturning of this ruling will now increase light pollution, which will not allow astronomical observation.
